Ingredients
 

  • Poha Thick Flattened Rice 1.5 cups
  • Green Peas 1.5 cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Coriander Leaves ½ cup
  • Chopped Ginger 2 tsp
  • Green Chillies 2
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder optional ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 – 2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • To taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak Poha Poha should be soaked in milk for 15 minutes and then set aside.
  • Chop coriander Set aside the coriander leaves after washing and chopping them.
  • Start cooking process In a skillet, heat the oil, then add the cumin seeds and fry until fragrant.
  • Fry Fry for a few minutes with the sliced ginger and green chilies.
  • Toss Toss in the green peas and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Mix Mix in the sliced coriander leaves thoroughly.
  • Combine Combine the turmeric powder, salt, sugar, and pepper powder in a mixing bowl.

Notes

Serving suggestion: it goes well with the tea (chai) in the morning.
Do not wash the flattened rice too strongly, it can crumble the flattened rice.
