
Paneer chili garlic stir fry
Ingredients
- paneer (cut into small cubes or thin sticks) 1 cup
- red bell pepper (thinly sliced) 1
- green bell pepper (thinly sliced) 1
- small onion (thinly sliced) 1
- garlic (minced) 2 cloves
- green chili (thinly sliced (optional)) 1
- oil 2 tablespoons
- chili flakes 1 teaspoon
- chili garlic sauce 1 teaspoon
- soy sauce 1 teaspoon
- sugar 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove the paneer from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the chili flakes, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and sugar to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Add the paneer back into the pan and stir to coat the paneer with the sauce.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the paneer is heated through.
- Season with salt to taste. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot. Enjoy!
