  • 100 grams carom seeds
  • 50 grams cashew nuts
  • 50 grams Chiroji
  • 50 grams turmeric powder
  • 50 grams black pepper powder
Instructions
  1. To start, you will need to dry roast flaxseed in a pan until it becomes fragrant and slightly browned. Once it is roasted, transfer the flaxseed to a mixer and grind it finely. You will also need to dry roast fenugreek and carom seeds, and grind them finely in the same way.
  2.
  3. Next, you will need to heat 250 grams of ghee in a pan and fry all the whole dry fruits until they become light golden in color. Once they are fried, transfer them to a mixer and grind them coarsely. In the remaining oil, fry gum until it swells, then grind it as well. Finally, fry grated coconut in the remaining ghee until it turns light pink.
  4.
  5. After this, add flour to the same pan with the ghee and fry it for 7-8 minutes on low heat. In a separate pan, fry turmeric with a spoon of ghee on low heat. Similarly, add a little ghee to ajwain, black pepper powder, and roasted fenugreek powder and fry lightly.
  6.
  7. In a large vessel, combine jaggery, roasted and ground flaxseed, dry ginger powder, and all the other ingredients. Mix everything well by mashing it together. Heat the remaining ghee slightly and mix it into the prepared mixture a little at a time. Add hot ghee to the mixture and mix well, then shape the mixture into big or small sethora laddus as desired.
